Questions HSE managers ask first.
Where does my video data live?
The RTMP camera streams to our managed cloud where detection runs. Raw video is retained only for the configured short window (default 7 days) for incident review, then deleted. Long-term storage holds only alert summaries, violation counts, and shift reports — not raw footage. Data residency is in-country; on-prem and air-gapped variants are available for customers with stricter requirements.
How long does setup take?
Hours, not weeks. We ship a pre-configured RTMP camera (or connect to an existing IP camera). A typical 4–8 camera site is up and running in a single on-site visit, including zone-mapping and rule tuning.
Can you use cameras we already have?
Yes — if they're IP-based and ONVIF-compatible (Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Axis, Bosch), we connect over RTSP and re-encode to RTMP for the cloud. If your existing cameras are analog-only or unsuitable, we'll bring our own.
How accurate is the AI? What about false alerts?
PPE detection runs above 92% mAP on standard benchmarks. During the first week of the demo we tune confidence thresholds and zones for your specific lighting and angles, which is what eliminates most false positives. The safety officer can also mute repeat alerts for known scenarios from the dashboard.
